These boots are excellent quality for the price and Cat boots never disappoint as you know what you are getting with sizes and design.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. The size is wrong on the received boots. You have to email them for a returns number but they don’t respond to the email they insist on. No telephone number. Avoid.

Cat Practitoner Mid P725843 Dark Brown Mens Boots

Boots arrived but had to double check on the website that they're leather, they really didn't look like it but thankfully they are. The biggest issue is they really hurt the bridge of my foot (top of the foot above toes), my bridge is perhaps a bit higher than average but I've not had this problem with other boots or shoes (even previous CAT ones). Currently looking at options to stretch them because they really hurt. Problem is I put them on to go out the evening I got them and found the problem then so too late to return them now. If you have a high bridge, steer well clear.
